Our Process
Initial Contact
After you contact us, we will call you to discuss your project and schedule a site visit.
In-home Consultation
During this meeting, we will further discuss your needs and vision. You will have an opportunity to tell us everything you are looking for and we will complete a full assessment of the project space.
In House Design and Estimating
Based on that meeting, we will develop a detailed design of your project and proposal. Having in-house designers allows us to seamlessly integrate the design and estimating process. We value taking the time to thoroughly scope your project before work begins so we know you will end up with your desired results.
Project Commencement
Once you are happy with your designs, we complete all required paperwork and permit applications on your behalf. You will meet the Centennial Home Renovations team member who will be with you through every step of your renovation. We will also share access to your project through our project management program. Within this application, you can track progress and see upcoming work schedules.
